Ummmm… what?! I received a blast from VitalJuice NY today that shared a new product: KOMBUCHA ICE CREAM. It is just one big world of sharing, and boy, oh boy, was I happy with what I found.
For those of you who don’t know what Kombucha is, it is a fermented tea that has been called the “immortal health elixir” by the Chinese for centuries. An obvious uber-health beverage, it is revered as a (supposed) curer of indigestion, arthritis, and even ailments as severe as cancer.
While I do not normally eat ice cream to combat chronic illness, this, of course, peaked my interest, so I decided to check the ice cream out.
Turns out it is a BUBBLE CHILD’S BEST FRIEND. This magical Kombucha ice cream is made by Steve’s Ice Cream. Not only does this ice cream taste like a million bucks, but it is so allergy friendly and explicit with the ingredients it uses.
