Because I’m sure no one has had enough of The Royal Wedding (cough cough), I decided to dedicate this post to the new Duke and Duchess.
While their cake was gorgeous, I’m most certain it was not gluten-free. And it was a fruit cake. Which, to me, isn’t exactly the way I’d want to finish my nuptials to a
Prince William of England Duke. I think I’d prefer a gooey, moist, vanilla white cake, with a raspberry filling, and, oh! Cream Cheese Frosting. : )
