Babycakes is a vegan establishment that features a host of gluten-free and gluten-sensitive baked goodies. Their creativity and innovation ranges from the traditional vanilla cupcake, to carrot cake, brownies, cake balls, and, yes, DONUTS! awwwwww.
While I am not privvy enough in the donut world to provide a donut recipe for you QUITE yet, I hope this post serves as either (a) a resource for those New Yorkers and Angelenos who have access to the shop or (b) hope for all my Bubble Children out there that innovation is burgeoning, and it can be available nation-wide someday!
