Papadums. Not just referring to mentally-incompetent-fathers.
Papadums are, in fact, anything but unintelligent. This traditional Indian Chip is made from lentil flour… meaning these babies are 100% gluten-free, naturally! And packed with protein and fiber to boot.
Use Papadums as a substitute for naan, tortilla chips, or for any carb-y thing to dunk in savory dips (i.e. hummus, black bean dip, mango chutney, etc.)
