Not to “Bragg”, but here is a phenomenal GF soy sauce substitute.

Oh, Bragg… how you please me so.  Not only do you produce one of the best apple cider vinegars made in the U.S., but you have also created something that I did not even knew existed as a potent (really potent) soy sauce substitute:

Bragg’s Liquid Aminos

Just use a touch of this stuff for that savory, salty, “umami” kinda taste your Asian dishes may be lacking without soy sauce.  (Many do not know, but soy sauce, prepared in traditional form, is made with wheat!)  What’s more, their Liquid Aminos are not only tasty, and gluten-free, but incredibly good for you, containing over 16 amino acids, improving brain function, physical health, and overall immune response.

<–About 1/4 tsp. of Bragg’s Liquid Amino Acids and you can season a whole pan of this.  (So good.  So very good.)
