I kid you not! Fascinatingly enough, I learned this trick working in a fine dining restaurant: to make a delicious chocolate sauce, all you’ve got to do is add hot water to chocolate bits. No need for flour to thicken this fondue… we keep it simple.
To make this loveliness, boil 2 tbs. water, and pour by the 1/2-tablespoon-full over 1/4 cup of your favorite gluten-free dark chocolate chips, or a broken dark chocolate bar, until enough water is added to make chocolate creamy, but not runny. Halve that peach, remove the pit, and fill with chocolate to your heart’s content.
